Our Story
From garage gym to community hub - building strength one rep at a time
Our Story
What began as a simple idea to bring fight-quality training to our area has evolved into a gritty, supportive room where people of all ages push past their comfort zone.
We're more than a gym. We're building confidence, discipline, and lifelong healthy habits in the heart of Northern NB.
Core Values
Quality Over Quantity
Small sessions (max 8 adults) keep coaching hands-on, technique clean, and everyone moving with purpose.
Progressive Training
We build layers of conditioning, footwork, and power so beginners and competitors keep climbing.
Community First
The room is loud, supportive, and built on shared wins. You'll feel it from the first round.
Our Coaches
Certified, experienced, and committed to bringing fight-ready coaching to every session.
Sarah Mitchell
Assistant Coach & Youth Program Coordinator
Former university athlete turned boxing coach. Specializes in youth development and women's fitness.
Mike Thompson

Looking Ahead: Spring 2026
The next phase of Crushers is already underway. Our standalone facility brings more space, better recovery, and the ring our fighters deserve.
Competition Ring
Full-size ring for sparring, fight camps, and events.
Recovery Zone
Sauna + ice plunge to keep athletes ready for the next round.
Youth Zone
Dedicated space for Crushers youth crews and family classes.
Expanded Floor
More bags, racks, and turf for conditioning circuits.
Beyond the Gym Walls
Crushers crews show up in schools, community centers, and organizations across Northern NB with gloves, pads, and the same energy we bring to our home base.
We pack the gym experience and bring it to you.
